6 tips for being healthy

Sometimes we just forget very small issues to pay attention to keep our self healthy, but sometime these little things have become serious issues if we can not find and correct them in early stage. Here are some useful tips for you to be able to maintain your health before it become worse and too late, or if you can use these tips sometime for emergency case. 

 

1. The accidents that make your teeth broken, the correct way of first aid is to carefully put the broken teeth into its place and keep your mouth tight and go to the doctor as quick as possible, this in order to stop bleeding. 

 

2. In case if the broken teeth was left longer than 30 minutes without treatment from a doctor, the root will be damaged forever, and can not be recovered. The best way to keep the teeth root stay longer is to soak the broken teeth in cold milk and cover by ice pack. In case if you can not find these equipments at that time, just to keep it in plastic bag and sealed. But the more important thing is that you should not let the teeth become dry and it will survive for more 2-3 hours, which should be enough for to take yourself to a doctor. 

 

3. When you got the symptom of stomach ache or feel uncomfortable with your stomach, the preliminary treatment is that to take the medicine that reduce the symptom of disease and go to the doctor immediately. 

 

4. In case of accident about nose bruise and bleeding, you should do cold press at the nose immediately and keep your head in higher level. The more important is that you must not try to spit the blood out from the nose and do not worry if the nose is broken because this can be treated and can be recovered back to normal condition 

 

5. In case of rash, firstly then try to figure out the possible cause of the rash. Consider the type of cosmetic that you have used recently and not use it in regular basis. The material that are major cause of rash includes skin lotion, soap, towel, powder, etc. When you know that the rash is occurred, then you have to immediately stop using those materials and consult with a doctor to get proper treatment. 

 

6. Dry lips or burned from the sun you should have sun block lotion handy every time you know that you have to face this kind of circumstance. However, the wound of burned lips will be self recovered in very short time without taking any kind of additional treatment but if you find that the problem becomes worse, then talk to a doctor immediately.
