The most effective way of staying away from the heart disease is not to eat meat such as beef or pork, but in stead eat a lot of fish. This helps to reduce the chance the occurrence of heart and blood vessel disease. The research study describe about the benefit of fish is that it could help to reduce the chance the occurrence of heart and blood vessel disease as well as sudden heart attack. Therefore, it is very essential to eat a lot of fish to avoid these kind of disease but may be not grilled fish but in other type of cooking such as steamed or baked. The reason of this is due to the fat acid called Omega-3, which can be found in fish, which helps to reduce the level of fat of the body. Apart from fish, there are other kind of food that have similar benefit such as walnut, green-leaf vegetables and the Omega- 3 also improve the performance of human brain too.
