Let’s eat garlic to improve immunity and reduce cholesterol

Some of you may already know that garlic is a fantastic herb that benefits to our health in many ways. This is because there are many kind of nutrition in garlic such as vitamin A, B, CCalcium, Potassium, Carotenes, and many more. 

 

Apart from that, garlic also contains the other 33 nutrition, which one of them is the Amino Acid called  Alliin and it helps to get rid of disease that caused by BacteriaThe research study shows that eat garlic is very beneficial in terms of helping to cure many kind of disease such as to reduce the chance of stuck of the platelet in blood vessel and also reduce the symptom of high blood pressure and heart attack. Apart from that, garlic also helps to improve breath system and improve condition of the skin. However, the only disadvantage of garlic is about its smell, which many people don’t like to eat garlic according to this reason.
