Let’s eat less for longer live

Even though everyone can not live forever but I am sure that all of us want to live as longer as we can. In order to have that, we need to keep our self healthy and there is a research mentioned that having low calories will help to extend your live longer. 

 

The researcher also mentioned that there are several research indicated that reduce the level of calories helps many kind living creatures to live longer, not only for human but it seem obvious only for human because it is more easy to proof. 

 

The study carried out by taking information from 48 person both men and women and divided them into 4 different groups 

- Controlling group of who has normal eating habits

- Controlling group of who reduce calories by 25% of normal requirement

- Controlling group of who reduce calories by 15% but increase the energy usage during the day by 12.5%

- The last group is the controlling group of who eat food that has low calories. This start from taking only 890 KC/day and increasing in order to maintain the weight not to exceed by 15% 

 

The research took 6 months, and after 6 months the researcher found that

 

- Controlling group of who has normal eating habits was able to reduce the weight by 1% of the weight before research

- Controlling group of who reduce calories by 25% of normal requirement was able to lose weight by 10% of the weight before research

- The last group was able to reduce the weight by 14% of the weight before research 

 

Moreover, the researchers also found that after these controlling groups reduce the amount of food, the level of insulin also decreased and also reduction of body temperature was also found. The is due to the reduction of insulin and when the temperature of the body was decreased, this helps to slower some type of sign of getting older such as grey hair of wrinkles and also to have longer living. 

 

The reduction of food also helps to reduce the destruction of DNA and cells. This could be described by scientific theory that human body looks getting older because the massive destruction of DNA so the less destruction of them, the younger look of the person. However, this research have to be carry on to test the effect in longer term, may be two years not for 6 months
