Sleep well is the good sign of being healthy

Are you the one wish to have very well sleep and wake up with fresh without the feeling of sleepy, if so, Let have a look with these tips to help you out and make you very well sleep. 

 

1. The bedroom arrangement should accommodate the air ventilation. If you use air conditioner, then you should keep the temperature between 25-25C and you will be really comfortable in this condition. 

 

2. Take hot shower before you go to bed. Hot water will you relax of both body and mind. You may be tired from hard working or exercise during the day, they hot shower helps to relax muscles. Once after take hot shower, do not forget to apply lotion to keep your skin moisturized. Choose the comfortable suit to make you fell relax during the night. 

 

3. You should not drink tea of coffee or alcoholic drinks before you sleep. You can drink herbal drinks like Chamomile tea or Lavender tea or a cup of hot chocolate, which will help you to sleep easily and well 

 

4. You should not eat food before you go to bed because you stomach will work hardly during the night. So you should not eat dinner after 7pm and you will feel very comfortable and not suffer from the food.  

 

5. Relax your mind before sleep at east three hours before bed time. You should not see thriller movie before you go to bed, which you will be very excited and can not sleep. You should listen to soft music to relax your mind  in stead of seeing those kind of movie 

 

6. If you feel sleepy, please don’t wait. You should go to bed immediately. Feeling sleepy is the sign that you are tired and need rest and it’s time for you to sleep. Everyone has different bedtime, so if you feel sleepy, please go to bed immediately. 

 

7. If you are the person who find difficult to sleep, take notes about what you think that is the cause of sleepless, then try to improve by not to perform those activities.
