I believe that anyone wants to be younger and not even a little bit the sign of getting older we want to see, even though the fact is that we can not be always young. Banana is great. Banana has full nutrition of Vitamin B, which could also help to prevent hair loss. Eating bananas regularly will help to maintain the health of your hair. 3. Salmon or any other kind of seafood or vegetable salad will help to maintain skin condition not to peel-off. 4. Peanut baked with butter, together with hot baked bread before the main course will prevent you from having gray hair too early, peanut also helps to improve skin condition. 5. Mango contains beta-carotene, which could help to improve condition of the skin and also stimulate the emergence of new skin. This would help to replace the skin that damage from hair loss and peel-off due to the dry skin condition. Your skin will become fresh like a child. 6. Avocado is a fantastic fruit, it has vitamin B and helps to maintain and improve anti-body, which will protect you from many type of diseases. This includes prevent the skin terminated by pollution outside and improve anti-body against some kid of toxins. 7. Guava or guava juice are full of Vitamin C, which will maintain amount of Collagen, which produce the necessary protein for human skin. You can wither have papaya, grapes, orange together on regular basis. They may help you to look younger at least 5 years!
